?What If!, the world's largest independent innovation company, is looking for a full-time Chinese/English bilingual Executive Assistant to join their Shanghai team. The Executive Assistant will work closely with our Asiapac CEO, building a business that works across an exceptionally wide range of industries and sectors around the world.
The Executive Assistant will be interacting with senior management clients and staff, so the ability to interact in a fast paced environment while remaining flexible, proactive, discreet and resourceful is crucial to the role.
The EA must be able to compose, edit and proofread executive-level reports, spreadsheets, presentations and collateral materials. Administratively, the EA will also manage the CEO's visitors, record senior management meetings, screen commitments for priority and importance, juggle complex calendars, coordinate travel arrangements and maintain the CEO's general welfare. The EA will have had some experience planning client and employee events and will have a good understanding of marketing fundamentals as they will play an important role in executing executive level meetings and functions.
The ideal candidate is a positive, playful, energy-giving, think-on-your-feet type and really embodies the company values: Bravery, Freshness, Passion, Love and Action. A natural talent to create order out of chaos and the ability to react on their feet is a must.
