Senior Designer (2D or 3D)

Avantgarde are on the lookout for experienced and exceptionally talented designers to join their Beijing team. The successful candidate will be a highly creative individual with the ability to develop 2D and/or 3D concepts and design ideas and to develop them all the way to execution. He or she will work together with other designers and project managers and should be open to contributing creatively to every element of a project.

Position Requirements

• Able to see the bigger picture of each project and can drive and motivate your team to deliver the best results
• Creative and able to deliver top-quality input throughout the creative process, moving beyond your training to take a holistic approach to each project
• Communicate well and able to work under pressure and to prioritize, manage time and distribute work to your team
• Professional experience in a 2D or 3D design position preferably with an agency, and ideally in the events industry
• Able to speak English and / or Chinese
• Proficient at current design programs and always willing to learn
• Hungry for knowledge and inspired by current and future trends
