Dining by Design took place in New York recently, and featured a sustainable dining room installation by fashion photographer Stefan Beckman. Following the theme 'Inspiring Afterlife', Beckman filled the space with objects crafted from recycled glass and plastic bottles by leading eco-designers: glass plates by Greenfeet.com, chairs by Emeco crafted from no fewer than 111 plastic bottles apiece and hand-blown lamps by Wolf Art Glass. From the pictures, it looks to be really rather beautiful. More pics at Curatedmag.com

In other coke news, courtesy of Highsnobiety.com, German designer extraordinaire Karl Largerfeld has once again teamed up with the drinks brand for a limited edition series of Diet Coke bottles (diet being more fashion-friendly, we assume). The three bouteilles chic are adorned with stripes, polka dots and stars, as well as the ponytailed silhouette of the big man himself, who recently told WWD about how he likes to sip Coca Cola Lite from "a delicate crystal goblet." Classy stuff.
