Des:glory Consultants is a branding consultancy firm, specializing in providing integrated strategies and design solutions for corporations and brands. The firm's team creates international and professional images for local brands, and also provides localization solutions to international brands that enter the China market.

Des:glory invites qualified candidates in the field of graphic design, interior design, advertising marketing or related fields, to apply for full-time position as Project Manager to start immediately. 

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development and operation of the potential clients
• Assisting in following up potential project leads
• Assisting in contract negotiation and contract management
• Managing and preparing tender responses and competition documentation, including assisting in fee proposals and project specific-writing
• Coordinating bid production
• Preparing presentations

Requirements

• Ability to communicate fluently (writing and spoken) in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required
• Preferably 5 years working experience as project manager professional in the creative or advertising industry
• Preferably knowledge of interior and graphic design processes, scoping of work, consultant selection / contracting and financial submission
• Capability to build and maintain client relationship
• Experience in responding to RFP, RFI and client’s proposals
• Experience/capability with the management of multiple assignments, candidates have excellent organizational skills
• Preferably experience in an international environment, is an advantage.
• Skilled in Adobe Suite and MS Office is required.
• Positive and independent work attitude; self-disciplined and proactive
• Candidates have a loyalty towards des:glory and have to be stress resistant and be able to work within an international context
