Responsibilities

  • Partnership with Copies and Account team, you will lead the creative team to develop digital campaigns across multiple online and offline media
  • Provide creative & design inspirations from global and local best case studies to the team to elevate the level of creative output
  • Motivate the content team to produce not just creative work that is on brief, but build case study for Karla Otto China
  • Work closely with Clients and internal team, external vendors on the development of the activation strategy, engagement mechanics and creative concept
  • Organize brainstorming sessions to develop innovative engagement mechanics and creative expressions base on brief requirements
  • Help create and enforce strong agency creative briefing processes, templates and creative work organizations
  • Support agency new business development

Requirements

  • Over 8 years experience in roles of creative leadership in integrated marketing online & offline, must have China working experience, preferable in the category of Luxury and Fashion
  • Proficient with digital, social creative, IMC project experienc
  • Experience with development of branded social content
  • Passion for Fashion and Luxury , lifestyle
  • Collaborative, resourceful, positive can-do attitude to strive in a fast pace boutique agency environment
