Strategists work with designers, technologists and program managers as a core member of a multi-disciplinary engagement team. They provide a business-relevant perspective on design challenges. This typically involves developing an understanding of the market and competitive factors, identifying and prioritizing opportunities, and helping to frame the overarching story of a project. Ultimately, the job of the Strategist is to ensure that the team delivers not only designs, but also insight that helps clients make decisions about their businesses.
In this position you can influence client engagements at any stage of the product/service development lifecycle – understanding user needs and market opportunities, envisioning new solutions, market validation, business modeling, requirements definition, architecture definition, design, implementation, go-to-market, and support strategies.
