We have an exciting opportunity for a talented account person to join our team. This person will lead digital strategy and digital campaigns for our clients. Alongside having your core clients, you will also have the opportunity to work directly on new business pitches with the leadership team.

The Account Management role at Red Ant, is a critical role. Our AMs serve as the primary business contact for the client and are responsible for client success and satisfaction. The AM is expected to consistently provide excellent client service, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organisation to ensure quality. The AM should build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities. The AM will attend all briefings, lead strategy sessions, build strategy and content for our clients and their social communities. As our clients are international brands entering the China market, you will be using your knowledge and insight of the Chinese digital landscape to help educate and inspire them about the China opportunity.


  • General coordination and execution of account activities
  • Leading digital strategy planning and activation
  • Day to day client liaison
  • Managing vendor relationships
  • Lead account executives to measure, analyse and report on campaigns
  • Lead account executives research and providing insight into consumer digital behaviour
  • Quick to understand, respond to and exceed client needs and expectations
  • Support role in target client pitches
  • Support role within new business pitches


Bilingual, preferred to be Chinese native speaker with excellent English capability

  • Excellent proposal and presentation skills
  • Experience of Chinese social media platforms esp. WeChat, Little Red Book, Weibo etc.
  • Experience of digital design and development in the WeChat mini program and WeChat H5 space
  • Excellent understand of the KOL landscape and great KOL relationships
  • Good understanding of eCommerce in China and other user journeys on major social networks
  • Well organised and good sense of priorities
  • Responsive and communicative
  • Can-do attitude, collaborative
  • Confidently client facing, good at building relationships internally and externally
  • Agency experience ideally with examples of digital strategy and execution is preferable
