Position Summary

Our UX team is looking for an experienced UX Research specialist. As a UX Researcher at EyeBuyDirect, you will be responsible for analyzing user behavior, conducting user research, evaluating the usability and success of our marketing touchpoints, and conceptualizing website improvements and features. An ideal candidate would be a person who is curious about people and their behavior, has an analytical and organized mind, and an eye for clean and practical design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct qualitative user research. Organize usability testing sessions, customer surveys, and analyze user reviews. 
  • Conduct quantitative user research. Assess NPS data & key website user behavior metrics such as bounce rate, engagement rates, session value etc.
  • Organize user testing, A/B testing, data tracking as well as results analysis.
  • Analyze wide range of user behavior data on different traffic channels, identify behavior anomalies, design problems and assist the team with solutions.
  • Conceptualize, design and deliver wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.
  • Support creative team in making user-centered decisions for campaigns and marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with other team members, ask smart questions, take risks and champion new ideas.


  • Fluent in English
  • Experience as a UX researcher or similar role
  • Comfortable in launching and iterating projects quickly based on data
  • In-depth understanding of UI design
  • Proficient in graphic design and prototyping tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD/Invisionapp, etc.)
  • Experience conducting user research
  • Experience with qualitative and user-centered design methodologies
  • Working knowledge of quantitative, behavioral analysis and statistics
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a business acumen
  • Good time-management skills
  • Understanding of modern eCommerce technologies and trends
  • Great communication skills and ability to present your designs and solutions to various business stakeholders.
  • BSc in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer interaction or a related field
  • Portfolio of UI design or UX research related projects
