PLTFRM is looking for an energetic, self-motivated, solution-driven Marketing Manager with a detailed mind and good communication to plan and execute marketing campaigns in the food and wine&spirits category. 

In a jungle of plants, smell of coffee and scent of fruit, you will be sitting on a comfy chair in front of a slick designed-in-California computer. After the usual morning chat, you will work your a** off to provide the best digital promotion you have ever done like if your life depends on it (and it actually does, doesn't it?). This, 5 days a week, 8 hours a day for a modest paycheck at the end of the month, will allow you to go enjoy the CNY break in Pattaya.

You will work with a candy maker, some funky berries, luxury elixirs from the 12th century, winemakers from the other side of the world, and psychedelic Scottish alchemists to make innovating digital campaign.


  • +5 year experience in Digital Marketing Management. 
  • Degree in Marketing and Communications is appreciated but not necessary.
  • Proven campaign management track record.
  • Good command of interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-initiative team player, strong sense of responsibility, attentive to details.
  • Passionate about digital, social media and e-commerce.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin).
  • Proficiency in Excel/Powerpoint.


  • Planning and implementing online activation.
  • Planning promotional budget and payment cash flow accordingly.
  • Ensure respect of budget limitation.
  • Ensure respect of advertising regulations.
  • Ensure respect of client’s brand guideline and communication messaging.
  • Support in the daily operation.
  • Conduct digital marketing activities.
  • Work closely with business and merchant partners.
  • Work closely with KOL, social media and e-commerce platforms.
  • Lead and support daily operation with marketing assistant.
  • Coordinate operation with the creative team.
  • Together with the team, find solutions when facing an issue.
  • Assist in other ad-hoc assignments as required.
  • Monitor promotions KPI and prepare report.
  • Monitor Baidu and other social media index and prepare report.
  • Monitor E-commerce platform sales performance and prepare report.
  • Prepare competitive analysis and generate insights for future campaigns.
