Brief Description of this Role

  • To develop, plan, implement and manage all sales and marketing activities resulting in optimized sales and profits consistent with annual operating budgets and supporting short term & long-run objectives.
  • Leading the efforts of opportunity pipeline, relationship management, program execution to optimize market share growth.
  • Reporting to CEO. Under general direction from CEO, operates with autonomy and latitude in decision making.

 

Work Scope

  • Understand the market, identify the business opportunities, work out the strategy and execution plan to penetrate the market.
  • Setting the sales strategy that will be a way of mapping where the company wants to be in the future in relation to sales and how it will get there.
  • Manage the business of Stellar Works both globally and nationally to maximize profit short and long term, deliver value, and achieve business objectives. Achieve assigned targets in sales revenue, gross profit, team goals and other KPIs.
  • Manage the completion of ongoing trials and marketing activities that are relevant for the sales targets.
  • Lead the Stellar Works sales team to create a team environment with clear objectives and expectations.
  • Supervise and support team members’ development by providing training and coaching.

 

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree above and 8-12 years of sales and accounts management or related experience.
  • Cross-country operation experience is a plus.
  • Advanced communication skills, influencing skills and selling skills.
  • Strong cross-functional skills to effectively work with multiple colleagues, manage conflict, negotiate effectively, and achieve desired results.
  • Excellent English skills.
  • Business travel: 20%-30%.
