We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Media Planner. You manage the relationship with Chinese media platforms and plan the media amplification of our creative campaigns. You advise clients on their media planning strategy and create effective media plans that drive the best results for our top clients.



  • Build and manage the relationship with digital media platforms including but not limited to Wechat, Tmall, Weibo, Douyin, XiaoHongShu, BiliBili, Douban, Youku, iQiyi, Dianping, Baidu, etc.
  • Manage the relationship with KOLs across youth culture categories.
  • Create effective media and KOL plans for creative campaigns
  • Manage the planning, negotiation and buying with media platforms and KOLs.
  • Define KPIs, analyze results, and report on performance 
  • Advice clients and the internal team on media planning strategies, tactics and results 



  • Ability to independently deliver effective media and KOL plans
  • Ability to advice clients on a senior level on their media strategy
  • Ability to negotiate and manage media and KOL buying
  • Ability to set KPIs, conversion funnels, user journeys, and analyze and report on results



  • Have worked 4+ years in media planning in advertising/media agency
  • Have a strong network of relationships with media platforms and KOLs 
  • Have independently created effective media and KOL plans 
  • Have managed the negotiation and buying with media platforms
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
