Work Scope

  • Formulate regional sales strategy to achieve sales goals for turnover and channel development in China;
  • Develop and build relationships with sales channels (Chinese dealers, sales reps) and clients, also drive them to achieve sales goals with aligning company’s business process and branding directions;
  • Manage sales figures in systematic ways to make business records and forecasts accurately as possible;
  • Maintain up-to-date market information and provide reports to internal managements;
  • Participate furniture exhibitions to capture new business opportunities;
  • Go on domestic and overseas business trips to visit the clients and dealers;
  • Other tasks assigned from the superiors.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years experience in sales or marketing or business development. Design furniture experience is preferred;
  • Native or bilingual level Chinese skill (in written /spoken), also good command of English;
  • Good documentation and presentation skillset. Advanced skill set for documentation. Excel, PPT, Word;
  • Agility, hard work, logical thinking and explanation with interpersonal skillset;
  • Integrity is critical. Also the mind set of result oriented, independent, sense of ownership are important to fit the team culture;
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent professional qualification.
