Responsibilities 

Glimpse is currently looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer to support our team on different creative briefs and pitches.

  • Understand brands identity and projects requirements in order to develop high quality designs accordingly.
  • Assist the Creative Director on visual direction and design of the projects (events and digital content). 
  • Support the creative team to develop innovative creative concepts and design solutions.
  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
  • Maintain design consistency.
  • Develop sketches and models. 
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually aligned with the creative brief and concept.
  • Present designs to internal teams clearly.
  • Prepare presentation materials.
  • Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.

 

Profile 

  • Great taste and design sense.
  • Creative at innovative concepts for live experience spacial design, stores, events and digital content.
  • Strong experience and portfolio of projects for pop-up stores, exhibitions booth, street activations and digital campaigns for major luxury, lifestyle and fashion brands.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign …
  • Excellent sketching skills.
  • Capable of handling direction and constructive feedback.
  • Extreme attention to detail and good project and time management skills.
  • A good sense of design trends and market best practices.
  • Proficient in both English and Chinese.
