31ten is a 3 year old digital design and development agency with a focus on delivering innovative and cutting-edge web platforms, experiences and interfaces to a global client base. We're serving a mix of Fortune 500 brands such as Nike, Credit Agricole Consumer Finance, Club Med, NBA, Absolut etc. and disruptive startups, building or optimizing their product. We have carved ourselves a niche as WeChat experts in particular, authority source of research content, and we have grown from 3 to 15 since our inception.


  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed



  • Native Chinese speaking fluent English
  • Proven account management or other relevant experience
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including marketing level
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of account experience with agency background desirable
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
  • Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity
  • Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Understanding of website development, marketing, measurement and analytics, content management, digital marketing and internet technology
  • Excellent time and project management skills. You’re always looking to improve inefficient processes
  • Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
