A Day at Creative Fiber 

  • Organize company secretarial services to optimize procedures
  • Supervise the correct documentation and information flow within the company while ensuring accuracy and validity of this information
  • Keep the track of, distribute and archive all the office documents
  • Keep the track of office needs and make sure all the necessary materials are provided on time
  • Manage office communication channels in a timely manner and administer incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Support of business meetings with external and internal clients
  • Coordinate business trips and organization activities
  • Cooperate effectively and in time with external service providers
  • Support the team in the implementation of tasks entrusted to them

 

Qualifications 

  • If you have experience in a similar position
  • If you are using MS Office package professionally
  • If you are fluent in English, both written and spoken

 

Must Haves 

  • Excellent planning, organization and time management skills
  • Initiatives and strong commitment to perform assigned tasks
  • Proactive attitude focused on cooperation and building relationships
  • Self-motivated with good communication skills
