Product Architecture | Visual Identity | Retail Design

A new, ultra safe, nail lacquer Canadian brand, COLOR MAD, was introduced in 2014 in China to face bad quality/dangerous products and provide an affordable alternative to European/US cosmetics brands.

To facilitate sales and brand navigation, we clarified the nomenclature of key products by naming the supporting technology, we repositioned the brand in China with a clear core belief and value proposition, and premiumized and styled all pack shots following product mapping. Then, we refined the initial logo, develop the website and designed retail furnitures to better display and engage the audience with the product.
